My baking journey started way back in elementary school, during a slow summer afternoon when I spotted a sugar cookie recipe printed on a roll of paper towels. I was curious (and very confident for someone who had never baked before), so I asked my mom if I could try making the cookies. She said yes… and that’s when the adventure began.

Not knowing anything about measuring cups, I grabbed a regular drinking cup and scooped in what I thought was “a cup of flour.” The cookie dough turned into glue, the cookies baked into little rocks, and my mom laughed so hard she had tears in her eyes. Instead of letting me give up, she took that moment to teach me how to bake the right way — and I’ve been in love with it ever since.

Today, that same curiosity and joy lives in every batch I make. As a home bakery, everything is crafted in small batches, with care, intention, and the same spirit that started it all: a kid in the kitchen, excited to create something sweet.
